Refund & Return Policy

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we replace it immediately — no questions, no return required. Just send us a photo.

Returns

What We Accept

We accept returns on unused, unopened products in original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

  • Product must be in original, sealed packaging
  • Must not have been used, washed, or opened
  • Contact us within 14 days of your delivery date

Exclusions

What We Cannot Accept

Once opened or used, the product cannot be returned. This is consistent with EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(e) — microfiber is a hygiene and textile care item, and return rights are waived once unsealed.

  • Opened packaging — even if unused
  • Used or washed towels
  • Items returned after 14 days from delivery

Damaged Orders

Arrived Damaged or Defective?

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement immediately at no cost — no return necessary.


Process

How to Return

  1. Email info@f1rstmilecarcare.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We confirm eligibility within 1–2 business days
  3. If approved, we provide return address and instructions
  4. Refund processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the item

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect on arrival.
