All orders ship from Dubai, UAE. Free shipping on orders over €50 across Europe.
Where We Ship
We ship to all EU member states and major European countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, contact us — we may still be able to help.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once dispatched.

Customs & Import Duties
Orders shipped from Dubai to EU countries may be subject to import duties depending on the destination country and order value. These charges are the customer's responsibility. We declare the correct commercial value on all shipments — we do not undervalue packages.
Lost in Transit
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, contact your local carrier with your tracking number. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
